RE/MAX presents the 2015 Artists for Conservation Festival - a 3-week art and environmental education festival, featuring a world-class conservation themed art exhibit and expo with leading international artists, live music, films, guest lectures, live painting demos, music and cultural performances.
The festival combines a strong regional cultural program featuring a roster some of BC's most talented visual and performing artists, musicians, filmmakers (including First Nations carving and cultural presentations), with a line-up of guest artists from around the world.
In 2015, AFC Festival will be opening at the Fairmont Waterfront Hotel - at one of Vancouver's premiere hotels located steps from the iconic conference center and Canada Place world trade center, Vancouver's business district and cruise ship terminal. Following 3 days at the Fairmont, including the AFC's fundraising gala, and a new AFC art expo, the event will migrate for two more weekends at Grouse Mountain - previously the sole venue since 2011.
